Law enforcement officer's should be held accountable, as any citizen is. If a law enforcement officer shoots and kills someone I want to know if they are under the influence of any kind of drugs or medication's can cause a person to not think clearly, which can alter the thought process to many unarmed citizen's are being shot with no accountability.
