States should be allowed to have random check-points posted any day of the week after the hours of 8:00pm, on any road of choice, in search of drunk drivers.
Driving drunk has been a major issue for years and continues to be. They want to place breathalizers in cars before the car will start. Thats unfair to one who may have had some spicey food prior to driving. Breathalizers in cars should only be used for criminals on probabtion and such.
These random check-points not only protect sober citizens who are the victims of drunk-drivers, but also sends the message that you WILL have a higher chance of gettting caught driving drunk.
(i've driven drunk many times before so i know how it feels to drive drunk and drive sober.)
