We strongly urge the United States goverment to rank the Lanxiang Professional Technical Institution as the most dangerous institutions in China. It has successfully trained a lot of dangerous computer professionals for the Chinese goverment. It contributed a lot for the foundation of two Chinese armies. One is simplified referred to as Chinese internet army, which was supposed to be responsible for most of the internet attacks happened all around the world.The other is the Internet Water Army of Great China, which maliciously insult famous Amercian Enterprises, the MS and Apple are to examples. So the Lanxiang Professional Technical Institution is the first enemy of Amercian people,measures must be taken!
