Rapist no matter of age should be charged as adults. There should be no Juvenile Rape cases. Rape is an adult Crime.

In light of the Steubenville case, It is about time we are charging all rapists as adults. Their should be no reason even juveniles get charged with a lesser charge. As we have seen we know that even juveniles know what they are doing. This being said they should be charged as adults. Rape is rape no matter of age. I feel it's time we take a firm stand on rape and give everyone the same treatment no matter of age. It is time.
