When people get convicted for rape, they do not get the sentencing they deserve, out of every 100 rapists, 98 will walk free, this cannot keep happening, they can't be let off on weak punishments, there shouldn't be mercy or second chances, what's done is done and this crime cannot be taken lightly. A person who is convicted of rape should not be able to walk free again, they are a danger to society.
