Ratify the 12th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America.

Created by S.L. on November 14, 2012

"The person having the greatest Number of votes for President, shall be the President, if such number be a majority of the whole number of Electors appointed; and if no person have such majority, then from the persons having the highest numbers not exceeding three on the list of those voted for as President, the House of Representatives shall choose immediately, by ballot, the President.

The following Amendment to the Constitution dated December 9th, 1803, should be ratified. We the people feel that the electoral is unjust and unfair. Every man and woman's vote should count. Thus, we shall get rid of the electoral college and base presidency off the popular vote.
