Ratify the 22nd Amendment of the US Constitution to enact term limits for members of congress.

Created by E.M. on January 24, 2013

I propose term limits be imposed for both the House of Representatives and the Senate.
I recommend the following changes to the 22nd Amendment to the US Constitution:
No person shall be elected to the Senate more than twice, and no person who has held the office of Senator, for more than three years of a term to which some other person was elected Senator shall be elected to the Senate more than once.
No person shall be elected to the House of Representatives more than five times, and no person who has held the office of Congressman, for more than one year of a term to which some other person was elected Congressman shall be elected to the House of Representatives more than five times.
These would equal 2 x 4 yr terms for president, 2 x 6 yr terms for Senate, and 5 x 2 yr terms for HOR.
