Ratify an Amendment to the Bill of Rights clearly defining the term "people" and "citizen" to mean an individual person.

The Freedom of Speech is vitally important to all citizens of The United States of America. It is thus vital that we define what a citizen is. "Citizen" and "Person" should be reserved for the individual people of this country. We need to have an Amendment that clearly states the definition of "person" and "citizen" and what Rights are afforded to that "person" under The Bill of Rights.
