Created by A.N. on April 25, 2013

Rights given:
Web Privacy- no person's viewing or browsing history shall be monitored or viewed without consent
Net Nuetrality- All data is just data. Just look up what it is.
Freedom of Web Expression-Freedom of expression, just for the web. This also means no government or agency can put a block on a site for speaking stuff they don't want you to.
License rights- no media is to be pirated, But you are allowed to upload music, videos, etc. involving products or media as long as you give credit. (i.e. videogame playthroughs, adding music to videos, etc.)

When it gets put through, NO major organizations who'd make money off changing it can rally. It goes against all moral codes to make monetize freedom anywhere.
