Ratify the changes made for Veterans' use of the Post 9/11 GI Bill to include break pay for full time Veteran students.

I am starting my petition on behalf of the thousands of Veterans that are affected by the changes to the Post 9/11 GI Bill. More specifically, the changes made to the Break Pay housing stipend. The decision to cut this benefit from the Post 9/11 GI Bill have affected thousands of Veterans negatively, making it impossible for Veterans to support themselves, or their families. The US Government has made it abundantly clear that school shouldn't be a high priority to Veterans by forcing them to find full time work, while trying to go to school, in effort to provide a better future for themselves and their families. It is impossible, even with proper budgeting to survive the high cost of living, while attempting to obtain a higher education with decreasing resources and assistance for Vets.
