Ratify the Constitution to establish TwoTerm limits for all members of Congress, limit recesses, forbid lobbying in DC.

Ratify Constitution to forbid any member of the House of Representatives or the Senate to serve more than 2 terms in office. This will prevent mismanagement.
Prevent congress from taking unlimited recesses. Congress must be in session a minimum of 44 weeks in one year and can have only 8 weeks of recesses/vacations. This way we can insure that the necessary work will be done.
Forbid lobbying in Washington DC while Congress is in session. Lobbyists can lobby representatives and senators in their home states, but not in Washington DC. This will prevent the Special Interest Groups from establishing dominance and controlling Government.
