Ratify English as the Primary Language of the United States and to promote everyone should speak English.

I would like the Obama administration to ratify English as the primary language of the United States and to promote all people living in the boundaries of the country to speak English as their primary language in all professional work environments. There should be no special treatment for people who do not speak English in the United States. There was no special treatment for the ancestors and immigrants that legally came into the United States. They had to learn the English language to become a United States Citizen. These ideals should be reinstated and be a law that English is our primary language to reduce the existing language barrier that is rising in this country due to those who refuse to speak English. They refuse because the government does not enforce English.
