We petition for the Equal Rights Amendment on the grounds of it being unconstitutional to not include this amendment. There are many unconstitutional laws against women and the LGBTQ community. We have been promised separation of church and state and that promise has not been enforced.
Until the Equal Rights Amendment is passed and women and minorities become equal to men, our laws will remain unconstitutional.
As of right now every dollar a man makes a women will make $0.60. Our laws need to change.
It will go into effect 2 years after the amendment is signed.
