Ratify an Equal Rights Amendment for Women ending all forms of discrimination leading the to repression of women including equal pay for equal work, housing, financial, medical, religious, social security and educational discrimination.
Wage discrimination is alive and well in America. Corporations routinely pay reduced wages to women with the same education and experience of their male counterparts. Women have to endure hostile work environments and sexual harrassment to keep their jobs.
Women are not given credit for years worked in the home raising children, caring for sick or disabled children, or for elderly parents. This greatly reduces benefits for women in retirement years.
