Ratify the ERA - Equal Rights Amendment - as the 28th amendment to the U.S. Constitution in 2012

It is forty years after the ERA passed and still this important amendment has not been ratified into our US Constitution. It's time now to get this amendment ratified so that all people have equal rights under our US laws. This is especially important at this time when womens' rights are being attacked. We only need three more states to ratify and this legislation can become part of our legal rights protected by the Constitution. Let's make this a part of the work that we accomplish in 2012.
