America is the second leading producer of CO2 in the world, following China. Producing around 1.55 Billion metric tons of Carbon every year, emission must be limited in order to slow the warming of our planet.

Ratifying the Kyoto Protocol could make America a leader in the fight against Climate Change, as opposed to the laggard that the rest of the world sees us as now.
