Ratify the Kyoto Treaty in order to progress with the rest of the world to slow Global Warming.

The USA and Australia are the only two major, developed countries to ratify the Kyoto Protocol, which would help "stabilisation of greenhouse gas concentrations in the atmosphere at a level that would prevent dangerous anthropogenic interference with the climate system."
