We petition to President Barack Obama to propose to congress the Twenty-Eighth Amendment.
The Twenty-Eighth Amendment:
Suspected enemies of the United States of America that are citizens of the Unites States of America cannot be killed without congressional approval if there is to be no due process.
Congress has the power to enforce this article with proper legislation.
