The United States is the only other member-state of the UN besides Somolia not to ratify this treaty. It is the most widely ratified human rights treaty in the history of the world, and children of the world have long been benefitting from this it. It's time to extend this treaty to the United States and all it's children. This treaty will improve the foster care system, strengthen education, and ultimately improve every single family unit in the country. Children are the future, our only hope. Please, give every child the chance they deserve. It's the best investment I can think of.
