Rationalize the immigration process to allow those who have entered the country legally to get expedited status.

There are H1B holders in the US who are being ignored by the Immigration and Citizenship agency. They should be able to obtain green cards. Some have been on continued H1B status for a decade, paid taxes, contributed to Social Security and even have relatives (siblings) who are US citizens. Yet these individuals are constantly strung along, while at the same time we discuss the legalization of persons who entered the country illegally. America can do better. Talent and contribution to the betterment of this country should count for something. Those abiding by the laws of this country should be taken into consideration in all decisions. Give H1B holders expedited processing to permanent resident status.
