Re-align Military Oath of Enlistment with US Constitution by removing "So help me god" (as in Art II, S.1, para 8).

Created by J.M. on October 19, 2011

Change USC 10, Sec 502 (oath of military enlistment) to be Constitutionally aligned with the Presidential oath of office by removing the phrase, "So help me god" from the oath's legal codification.

This will:

1) Align/Synchroize the military oath's content with the phrasing within the US Constitution that is required for the President (also Commander-in-Chief) in Art. II, S. 1, para 8);

2) Accomodate the ethics of an increasing population expressing no religious preference (Src3);

3) Enhance military pluralism;

4) Reinforce civil-military discipline.
