During these times its insane not to have military instillations armed. Since Clinton banned military personnel to carry weapons on base in 1993 there have been 16 shootings but before that there were 0. The issue isn't guns but common sense and a common sense approach. This I will personally guarantee will END all mass shootings on military bases. This petition if passed will nullify any and all restrictions on military personnel to carry firearms.
