Hello,
As a high school student I look at the way how our education system works and I have come up with a way to resolve our madness.
New education policies:
1. School extra curricular activities will be banned for money saving.
2. Schools will not be cut funding if the previous year budget was not totally spent.
3. School districts will generate an estimate of funding needed per school.
4. Schools will stop forced labor "slavery" from students who are misbehaving(ex. trash pickup.)
5. School administration will have the control of all school spending's.
6. School funding's rates will be based on testing scores. (higher scores = more funds)
7. School lunch will be free to all students
