Gang Violence has been a constant thorn in the side of simple neighborhood life. Drive-by's, shoot outs, armed aggression are all things the urban public have lived in constant fear of due to the revolving door judicial system. Fear of retaliation leads to witnesses not testifying in court against their "Neighbors", allowing these people to continue their actions for generations.
This will not be new "Big Guv Stealin' Rights" legislation. this will just be an expansion of current terror laws to include those organized groups that actually terrorize Americans on a day to day basis.
I feel that this path will lead to the more aggressive removal of Illegal Firearms from the streets, make Local festivals and events safer for the public, and slow down the trafficking of dangerous narcotics.
