Re-define purchasable items with EBT food stamps.

We the people have noticed that the EBT food stamp policy isn't utilizing our tax dollars efficiently. The system was originally set up to help those who are having financial difficulties. As the system stands right now, ready to eat foods are not purchasable with EBT food stamps. Many people who need food stamps have no way of preparing their food, we want to change this. Furthermore, an abuse of this system is the availablity of soda and candy to be purchased on our tax dollars - substances void of any nutritional value, used only for recreation. We the people petition that ready to eat foods be available for purchase, and candy and carbonated beverages are not via the EBT system.
