Re-define TREASON to include: A public employee's or political cadidate's betrayal of the public trust for personal gain

Re-define the word "treason" as: "A public employee's or political candidate's dishonesty or other betrayal of the public's trust for personal gain or the bribery or coercion of a public employee or political candidate for personal gain." Convicted traitors will be given the harshest penalties allowed by law. Subject illegal gains will be confiscated and returned to rightful owners, or, if not possible, placed into the public funds. A generous bounty, sufficient to enable informants to abandon their government jobs to avoid "whistle-blower" persecution, will be paid for information leading to the conviction of traitors. Let politicians know lying to or cheating the People will no longer be allowed.
