There are 50 states and each state would be entitled to only 4 electorals that are divided up by quadrants of their individual state with a maximum of 200 Electorals for the entire U.S. of A. Quadrants for the revised 4 Electorals per state would be as follows- 1 Electoral for NW section; 1 Electoral for NE section; 1 Electoral for SW section; 1 Electoral for SE section.
