Officers and Deputies say a lot of times they are looking at the hands of individuals. They also say to keep your seat-belt fastened until the officer asks for your drivers license, turn music down and keep your hands on the steering wheel.These are good measures to start with.
We as a nation have got to start the re-education of the youth so they understand the police not the rumors or media perception of law enforcement ,definitely not the thought of run if an officer says your under arrest teach them to place their hands out in front of them the rest can be fought out in a court room not on the street running/fighting the police only makes matters worse not better as law enforcement we need to spend more time in our schools with children and parents of our communities
