Mr. President,
We need to build new energy sources, highways and and trans- continental train system not bogged down by non passenger trains. We have millions out of work. Use the millions by Executive order work to earn their benefits by building dams, a new highway system, a high speed rail system, new oil platforms, etc.
We really need something along these lines to generate new manufacturing jobs along with improving morale in our Country sir.
