America has re introduced slavery,through debtors courts,child support and lack of employment,the deliberate indifference always falls on the backs of the former slaves children.One out of every 9 Americans are in prison,No money,means ,no freedom. and the prisons have been privatized into the stock market boom, being bought and sold to brokers and even foreign country's.inmates produce most of our military gear and appliances so cheap, that even third world labor cannot compete with the free labor. refusal means isolation and possible death.
