Re-establish Civilian Conservation Corp to plant trees to reduce CO2 Emmsions

The Civilian Conservation Corp should be re-established to employ young Americans (16-19 years old) over the summer months to plant trees on U.S., state, city, and private properties (at the request of the owners and appropriate officials) to plant trees for the purpose of reducing CO2 emissions. The program would be paid for by a 1 cent / gallon of vehicle fuel U.S. sales tax. The U.S. Military would provide the for the organizing of the Civilian Conservation Corp as it a done previously in the late 1930's. Benefits of the program would be the following.
1. The planting of trees would aid in the reduction of CO2 emissions by storing carbon.
2. Provide shade for keeping the cities cool.
3. Provide employment for young people during the summer months
