MARCH 29, 2014, SAN ANTONIO, TX: A SPUTNIK MOMENT FOR U.S. STEM. EDUCATION AND WHITE HOUSE OFFICE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY POLICY - Robin hood movement seeks equity and adequacy in funding from White house for CTE-TECH PREP Rigorous Programs of Study (R-POS) for the Nation’s P-20 education students & adults from White House.

At issue, contrary to OSTP’s Open Government Plan, public comments and specifically supporting enclosures by Jim Brazell and supporters, were not appropriately incorporated into the public record by the White House Office, OSTP, PCAST, related to the role of Career and Technical Education in STEM.

An Obama supporter, Brazell is asking for meeting with appropriate White House Officials on the matter of re-establishing the TECH PREP budget at $100M to $380M.
