We believe the Middle Class provides the engine for a stable, growing economy. Re-instituting the payroll tax holiday will provide that a key element of the current positive economic trajectory stays in place. Further, it backs the campaign pledge of the President to ensure the renewal of the Middle Class and re-establish the validity of the American Dream to all working people in this country.
