The purpose of this petition is to eliminate the chance of any Ebola cases in the Eastern United States. As the media has said, there are Ebola cases in Texas & now there is a possible case in Washington. If Mr. Obama re-establishes the Proclamation Line of 1763 and removes the 37 "new" states from the Union, then the problem of Ebola in the United States can be contained. This petition is also to propose that a physical barrier be established on the Proclamation Line of 1763. This border would hopefully be heavily monitored, therefore keeping any threat out of the new Eastern United States. If this petition follows through, it will eliminate the chance that Ebola spreads into the Eastern United States from Texas and Washington.
