If citizens are expected to be fiscally responsible so should the government.
Government should treat tax payer dollars with the respect of the sweat that earned them.

Justice should be for the working class, that is the tax payers the 57% that pay taxes. Only if there is any left should it go toward those that have no family that are disabled.
