A great many Americans are hidden criminals that train their offspring to abuse Federal programs. Disability is a status for those that are in need, and not those who self-impose their own disability status.
All persons claiming disability should ONLY be allowed a disability status if they did NOT impose their own status, that they do not willfully sustain their own disabled status, and they are actively employed.
Someone that is Morbidly Obese should not be allowed to sustain a Disability status if they are not losing weight from month to month.
Someone who is on illegal drugs of any form should not be allowed a disability status unless they are clean as verified by varied drug testing for 90 days. With all known forms of circumventing positive drug test results countered.
