We, the People of the United States of America, need to strip the lifetime pensions from Congress. As long as they can get this lifetime pension of $110,000 to $174,000 a year, they don't care if they get fired.
It's time to set a term limit of no more than 4 and only a 1 year pension worth 50% of their salary at the time of termination from their home state. Then they need to find a real job.
