Hold a national vote allowing for the American people to voice their opinions in regards to the legalization, at a federal level, of recreational and medicinal cannabis.
Leave it to the states to determine whether to keep the plant illegal or legalize, tax and regulate the plant.
Allow for federal research of the medicinal benefits of cannabis and allow the public to have access to the results of the research.
End the discrimination, which is in violation of our inalienable rights of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, for adults 21 or older who use cannabis.
We are all endowed by our creator the freedom to pursue our own personal happiness and the current laws against cannabis are outdated and prevent American's across this great country of pursuing this fundamental right.
