Re-evaluate how we pick our supreme court justices. Anyone with their power should be elected not appointed for life.

Created by J.B. on May 01, 2012

No matter what they decide on health care reform it's time to take another look at how we choose our supreme court justices. Anyone with their power and potential for corruption should be elected by the people to serve limited terms then run for re-election.Not appointed for life.Even though they are expected to be non partisan they are appointed by the president because they are likely to rule in his favor on any issues put before them not because they will act non partisan. If the house and senate are controlled by the party of the president then there is no way to check and balance and then you have the possibility of "corporations becoming people" as we have now. I don't believe that all of our current justices are non partisan. Supreme court justice should be an elected position.
