my husban is a victim of fraud by citibank of southdakota and lustig Glaser wilson p.c. this parties put a judgment to our property from other debtor who lives at different address.
since 2011 this judgment was place it and we didn't know until 02-13-2013 because we decide to refinace our property them the bank call me if I was aware about this judgment.I was in shock I could not believe it because we always pay our mortgage,credit cards ontime.even my mortgage say we know is not you husban but saddly is happening alot. Please Mr. president take a acction there are alot families like mine that we are suffering distress denied loands this banks are abusing from the good american that we believe american dream that we work hard to support our families. please helpme. thanks.
