re-examine and forgive defaulted student loans from schools and trade schools which have been proven to be fraudulent.

There are people struggling to repay student loans incurred attending schools and trade schools that were subsequently proven to be using fraudulent recruiting techniques and providing substandard training (e.g.Business Computer Training Institute (BCTI) in Oregon and Washington State). We ask that the Administration re-examine and forgive such cases, as they are causing much financial distress to the victims of these scammers.
