Now is not the time to sit on our hands again, now is not the time to kick the can down the street again. Now is not the time to let the wound close, the one opened by Sandy Hook, it is not time to put a bandage on it, now is the time to pour salt on it. The sting of those kids killed should motivate us to do something, we can't sit back and say, "It's too soon."
We should also propose the "Right to Life Clause" which would make the Amendment read as follows:
"A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed, unless the right to life possessed by all human beings is violated by said freedom."
