Re-examine and rehearing the Akai Gurley case, the Michael Brown case and the Timothy Stansbury case.

Created on February 13, 2016

Feb. 11, 2016, Officer Peter Liang was convicted of manslaughter late Thursday in the 2014 stairwell shooting death of Akai Gurley.

March, 2015, Officer Darren Wilson was determined not guilty for shooting Michael Brown to death.

February, 2004, Officer Neri was determined not guilty for shooting Timothy Stansbury.

While Darren and Neri have eye and body contact with the two unfortunate dead before the tragedy happened were both determined not guilty, why the officer who didn't have eye and body contact with the dead before the tragedy happened has to be determined guilty. We the people don't understand and therefore petition the Obama Administration to re-examine and rehearing Peter case Wilson case and Neri case, based on the same standards of evidence required for a conviction.
