Re inform the immigration rights act to the foreign workers

As foreign workers come to the USA we as a u.s citizen must grant them rights but not only rights but also the same education just like the rest of the u.s.citizens here in the USA. in a phrase meaning granting them education,the rights of becoming a u.s.citizen,allowing them to comply with the same laws that are here in the USA,giving their children a better education then what their foreign parents had when they where a child, getting the same health care as every other american citizen does, having the same fair court trials as every other u.s. citizen has,allowing them to participate in government issues, allowing them to vote in the u.s. just like every other american citizen does.
