Re-initialize Congress to protect the American People

Salary for each Congressional member set at a FIXED number by the American people.
Raises can go on the ballot for the American people to vote on.
Congressional members will have the identical health benefits of military members with no pension. A 401K can be made available.
No one person can hold a Congressional seat for a period to exceed 8 years to include both houses.
Treason charges to any individual accepting monies, other than their salary, while in office.
The American govt. has long forgotten about the American people. It's the job of Congress to fix it. It cannot be fixed while its' members are taking payouts, bribes and slush funds. Career politicians have no idea. If certain Jobs can die off due to progress...so can a "Career Politician."
