re-install the caps on credit card interest rates. By doing so that will give the consumer more monies in their pockets.

The need is here.And now is the time to act.Our government needs to implement caps on interest rates banks charge us.We need to go back to regulating these banks and re-install the 10% caps on the interest rates on all credit cards.If this is done it will immediately put monies in our pockets without reducing taxes.This measure will not increase our National debt,but it will directly effect the economy almost instantly on the plus side.
