This petition is a beneficial median between those wanting to seceded and our great nation. The changes go as follow; People vote: on/for District Council: bills/members. Vote on/for Senate(government): bills/members. Terms for seats go as follows: District Council every 6 months with a 2 year limit with a 6 month break. Those who win consecutively for 6 years can be elected for senate. Senate is elected every 2 years with a 6 year limit with a year break for 30 years. Then, can go back to District Council. Each bill/member of both is voted on by the people. Each member of both Council and Senate must take an oath of fair justice. Every meeting is made public physically and electronically. Outside influence will be questioned and put to trial.
