Re-instate the Emergency Unemployment Compensation (EUC). The program is scheduled to end December 29, 2012.

Created by D.S. on November 17, 2012

Anyone who is currently receiving Emergency Unemployment Compensation (EUC), has received a notice from the Unemployment Insurance Administration on November 8, 2012 stating the program will come to end on December 29, 2012. Many people are still in need of assistance as the job market is still in crisis. Most employers have cut new hire wages considerably, and /or decreased positions from full time, to part time. If assistance is stopped, many who have already lost their homes, vehicles, and way of life because of the economy, and who are searching daily for positions that pay enough to cover living expenses, will have nothing and will certainly be looking at being homeless. We are still in need of the EUC assistance program.
