Re-Instate slavery.

We petition the United States Government to re-instate slavery to all states in the country of America. This is NOT a proposition of racism, and slavery would not be dictated by race or color. Slaves would be composed of the homeless, illegal immigrants, and all those who are in need of a job. The slave owner would need to provide adequate clothing, housing, food and medical care for all slaves that he/she owned. Unethical treatment of slaves would be illegal and would be a federal offense. Slaves are to be freed every five years, however if they wish to remain in slavery they can.
