The President and Mrs. Obama have forgotten that they are ordinary citizens, just like us. The White House is not, by design, a private residence but rather a historical living landmark and access should be afforded to the citizens who wish to visit, not just 'A' list celebrities. Budget constraints are not a compelling enough reason to bar access and If this administration is so committed to their claims, then why did they turn the White House into Buckingham Palace?
